Friendly and great staff, it was fantastic stay.
The hotel was what we really enjoyed during trip. We got a room with bidet. It was overlooking lake. The location was beautiful and favourable near a couple restaurants which are a 3-4 minute walk. Also, such main attraction as Temple of Philae was 1 mile from this venue.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions. the hotel is located in a great spot, close to some restaurants and just a 3-4 minute walk away. - Additionally, it's only a 10-minute drive to an archaeological museum, which was convenient.

Had an awesome time staying at a cozy spot on a serene island. the manager, Mahmoud, was super cool and took us on a chill Nubian village excursion. Waking up to a delicious traditional Nubian breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Nile was a major highlight of the trip. Plus, being just a stone's throw from the public ferry and a shop was super convenient.
The only hiccup was occasional power cuts during midday, but it didn't really bother us. Everything else was grand, from the experience with the lovely host to the overall peaceful ambiance on the island.

I recently stayed at Rana Guest House and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, close to the ferry and a small shopping area. I loved being able to see the water from the porch. The family who runs the guest house were incredibly responsive and helped set up activities for me, saving me time and money. They even recommended a nearby restaurant, Bob Marley, where I enjoyed a cold beer and tried the camel meat. The area felt very safe to walk around, and I even visited the botanical gardens from the other side of the island. a great experience!

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at the Rana Guest House! The location is beautiful, right in front of a fabulous view of the Nile. The rooms were clean and nice, and the breakfast was delicious. Our host, Roku, was wonderful and very helpful. He organized tours for us and made sure everything went smoothly. He even offered complimentary drinks and gave us great recommendations for dinner. We highly recommend Rana Guest House!
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Our stay at Rana Guest House was an incredible value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable with a stunning view of the Nile and the city in the backdrop. The location on Elephantine Island felt like an oasis within the bustling city, and the staff, especially our host Reko, were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The morning meal could be improved with more variety.
